ATX power supply /bypass motherboard/ air exchange

i want to hook up my ATX power supply to about 9 fans for my growroom and i am having trouble bypassing the power switch.(or whatever it is) i found this post http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat...rue#Post1507982 but i am not that electrical literate and i was hoping for some help understanding how to do it

nevermind, i got one of 4 power supplies to work (green to black) heh
