Ratio of H20 and H202 for Cool Mist and Ultrasonic

Hey guys!

What is the proper ratio (percentage) for filling the reservoirs of cool mist and ultrasonic humidifiers? Straight H20? Straight H202? Or a mix?

Any water I use is 1:10 ratio , H2O2(3%):Distilled water. Don't think you really need distilled water but my water sucks.

Myself I just use to tilt the h202 bottle till about a 1/4 of it was in the cool mist then did it again for the ultrasonic.
