Ginger trips. That's right Ginger Trips. It's a little product I found in my natural foods co-op. They are for nausea during travel, thus the name, but when I saw the product I knew it was calling out to me.
I just had my first nausea free shroom trip. I ate a very small meal. Waited one hour, ate a ginger tab, ate the mushies washed down with some grapefruit juice, ate another ginger tab. No hint of nausea which used to be my main source of anxiety during mushroom trips.
If you don't find the exact same product, there are plenty of other ginger extract pills out there. Give em a try. Good luck....

my stomach is confused i think... does this help most stomach problems? cause right now, i am recovering from a late night of putting stuff in me... and now my stomach doesn't really hurt, but it just feels uncomfortable... i thought it was because i am hungry, but i can barely get food down, i don't have an appetite... i keep making soup and eating half of it...
