 looking for cyans in WA

i am about to embark on my first mushroom hunt tommorow and am hoping to come back with some cyans for holloween. what i want to know is where should i look for them? what kind of habitat do they grow in? anything i should know? or if someone on here lives in kirkland, or close to kirkland and wants to join me, thats cool too.

Hardwood mulch. Know how to identify galerinas, psathyrellas, mycenas, and pholiotinas, you'll come across tons of em on the hunt.

ive picked over 2000 cyans in seattle the laast few weeks they are everywhere down here kirkland-auburn-pyuallup only good for blue ringers goto seattle if you want cyans just dont stumble upon my place :)

dude, I am from kirkland, too bad I didn't see this post earlier cuz you could have come with me and MJShroomer today. We found our fair share of cyans today at lots of different spots around seattle. Most of them were small, but they definitely make a nice addition to the larger cyans I found yesterday, which I found at my moldy spot here in kirkland. But they weren't moldy this time....yay!! Oh by the way thanks so much MJ for your help today, especially with all your shit going on. Mj might post some of the pics if he get s to use someone's computer, or maybe he already did, I don't know......

Oh yeah, nvert if you want to go hunting I'm down. I could show you my spot here in kirkland (if I deem you worthy); there should be more cyans there by now, and we can find some more spots.

WEll for typingwords and others.
After returning home today I was served with a court order which says as of two o'clock today I must vacate my apartment until a court date of November thirteen or I will be arrested. I am going to court this morning with some character witnesses and try to get a stay of this restraining orde4r. The owner has refused my rent check.

I definitelly cannto do this again now because this person who filed the restraining order has acused me of having priors, mental disease, ilness and trold the courst I am a known drug abusers with a past mental history, although she has known me for less than two weeks.
