Grain spawn bag help

Does anyone have any experience with using grain spawn bags? I am having trouble finding a guide on the net for this. Oh and a type of caseing I should use, and how long to leave it in the bag before transfer the grain into a grow container. Please help, anyone

id say keep it in the bag till its 100% colonized, then break it up, while still in the bag, and open+pour it out

Thanks I was reading somewhere that you get a higher yield than with PF Tek, is that true?

follow the 50/50 or 60/40 tek. It seems to be the most common casing.
