WTF is the point in buying a computer when you CAN'T READ!?!

I don't know what this guy's idea was...

Why would you buy a computer if you can't even be bothered to learn how to read??

And do you have any idea how fucking hard it is to troubleshoot a computer for someone who can't read anything on the screen?

"What does the error message say?"

"I don't know, I can't read it."

"What do you mean? Is the screen on?"

"Yes."

"Is there something covering up the error message?"

"No."

"Well what does it say, then?"

"I don't know, I can't read."

Please, someone shoot me.

On a slightly related tech support note, years ago when I was in HS I worked at staples, and this old lady came in and asked me about fax machines:

"Do I have to make a copy of the page before I fax it?"
"Why would you have to do that?"
"Because I'm sending my copy to the other person."

!

Afterwords, I thought that perhaps I should have sent over my friends posing as a "fax line installation crew" to install some tubes and what not on the side of her house.
