Pinched Nerve?

My lower right back hurts, and my right thigh is pretty numb (for about a week now)...


Anyone ever have anything like that?  :frown:

which part of the thigh is numb? could be a pinched nerve. if it is, a doctor will free it for you.

if your leg is numb for a week that could be very bad...numb is a loss of blood which means a deterioration of cells and muscle so look out!

I'm 6'1" 200 lbs

However I do lots of heavy lifting and I'm on my feet alll day at work. Maybe it's just overstressed or something? I dunno

but thats only a temporary relief. most likely he is inflexible and/or not stretching properly. yoga would cure him. needles and massage will only make it feel good for awhile.

I used to suffer from a pinched nerve in my lower back.
after a week of taking a daily yoga class, the pain
was gone and I felt 120% physically better.
