Hi there i am new to this forum. Have read something aboat growing shroomsm PF-tek method...
So i have bought 3 syringes, strains listed in title.
I have mix vermiculite and brown rice flour, fill 2dl jars with it and sterilize in pressure cooker for 1 hour
When they cool down i apply 1 ml of solution in a jar.
I have 10 jars inoculatied in the morning with ( Cubensis A-Strain )
Now i have 10 jars more and they are cooling down... and 2 syringes left will use one a little later i aboat a weeor two.
So witch one should i use Cubensis B+ or Cubensis Mestizo (Mexico)
Will post pictures later in the day
Thanks for replys

dunk and roll: remove your cakes from the jars and submerge in water in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours, no more though. then remove from the water and roll the cakes in a damp vermiculite. then fruit as normal. this allows more moisture to be retained by the cakes. you are using a pressure cooker to sterilize or just boiling? it would be best to let them cool in the pot or pc a while before removing them. what is the mixture you used for your pf jars. should be a 2:1:1 ratio, vermiculite 2 parts, brown rice flour 1 part, water 1 part. peace

they look ok, just some condensation on the inside of the jars, possibly from cooling too fast. leaving them in the pc and cooling slowly will help. are those jars or glasses of some kind?
peace

to answer your original question, i have been hearing a lot of rumors that B+ grows slow. but really, those aren't tested so just pick one. good luck on your first grow!
