the best i've had so far was the b+ strain sold by sporemagic it stains dark blue almost instantly when pinched

out of the 7 that i have tried golden teacher, pesa, hawaiin were the best in that order. wasn't to enthused about b+,equador,puerto rican,cambodian. but i think it depends on how you grow. i think when your doing a bulk substrate the potency is a world of difference. but gt is good either way.

I like most mexican I find them always pretty potent.

KST3 is by far the most potent strain I have ever grown.
I have grown PES Hawaiian's, GT's, PR's, B+'s, and KST3's.

I do believe there is a variation in potency relative to strain, but that's only one part of the equation.
KST3's have been consistently potent for me, while some of the larger yeilding strains such as B+ seem extremely weak when not using bulk substrates.

I think perhaps some strains set priorities in different places such as growth rate and alkaloid production relative to previous genetics and growth perimeters.

when I case or just grow cakes or do dubtubs-Anyway I grow, my shroom's are very potent. I do not know why-I suck at growing-very small amounts, bad infection rates ect--but low temp's the whole time-22 C-I think this is why? Both variety orissa and thai, 1-2 grams your tripping good.
