TEXAS CUBENSIS: STRAIN REPORT
    #1200395 - 01/08/03 11:51 AM (13 years, 10 months ago)

Preliminary evidence suggests that this strain is an aggressive colonizer and violent fruiter. Mycelium was isolated from multispore on PDYA, transfered to WBS, expanded onto pasteurized dung, cased and fruited. Resulting fruitbodies are above average in density (85% moisture), and have thin stems in realtion to cap size. Mycelium has been observed colonizing, and over-taking grain contaminated with wet-spot, and then fruiting invitro on the same cultures at temps exceeding 80f. This strain is vigorous and is easily cloned. I'll post more info as i receive it; im receiving updates through email a half-country away.

Stay cool,
SF

The print that was originally used actually came from the FSRC, so im not sure whether or not this is the same as ralphsters. I will update this thread the second he sends me pics, im also really interested in seeing his results. He's also informed me that he will have biological efficiency calculations ready by next week.
In general it sounds pretty good though, doesn't it? never been so glad that we were so close:)
