I wanted to make my own website, and get it hosted. Anyone suggest a good hosting company. Its mainly going to be a forum with less than 50 members, and a place to host pictures and what not. So I don't need much bandwidth, and not looking to spend a lot of money either.

Register your domain through http://www.namecheap.com and check out both http://www.completehostingsolutions.com or maybe http://www.hostforweb.com . For what you want, no host is really much "better", so don't stress on it, just go with your best feeling.

thanks for all the help you guys. I went with www.namecheap.com for the domain, because it was cheap and they offered WhoisGuard free for the 1st year. I went with ace-host.net because they had a special going on. 5gig storage, 100gig tranfer/month, $3.95/month for 3 years..

the cheapest hosting is and will always be globedomain.com and the cheapest domains are at aplus.net
