Can someone please help me out here because my head is spinning..I'm no good at this stuff.

I purchased the domain name for skultamaphon.com.. and now I am trying to find hosting for it. It seems just about every free hosting site there is, they add their name to your domain.. ala.. hostingsite.skultamaphon.com

I would like to find hosting where I keep the domain name. But I don't have a credit card to pay $10 a month or whatever it is. Is there any free site where you can keep your domain name, or a hosting service with a one time fee..anything of that sort? I've been searching for a while but I can't seem to find the right thing...help?

I love www.ipowerweb.com - I use this host. $7.95 a month and you can pay with money order, checks, or money transfer. You pay all at once per year. If you are interested, PM me so I can refer you :thumbup: They are always up and have great customer service - free 1-800 phone support (which is always good). Lots of bandwidth (800 MB of space, 400 POP emails) free shopping cart, free templates if you want to use them, easy to use behind the scenes control panel. I totally recommend them :thumbup:

Thanks for your help everyone.. I'm going to check freeservers.. and if that isn't really what I need.. I'll go for the ipowerweb.

Anno.. I have the domain but I didn't see anywhere where I could forward the page.. just the ability to transfer the domain to a different server or something. Ahh.. I just checked it and it appears domain forwarding is only available on their 'premium' service.. bah.. I picked the wrong domain registration didn't I?
