noobie needing some advice please

well, i'm going to try and grow mushrooms for the first time, i'm going to use the cake tek because it seems fairly easy for the first-timer. I have my spore syringe, and i want to start mycelium growth using a honey/water mix in a jar to start mycelium growth, i found something on this site about that honey tek, but now i can't find it, could someone please help? give me a link or something?

dont bother with the honey water thing, just follow the pf tek. innoc a sterilised jar and go from there.

I only say go to the grow forum cause it's a great environment to get a noob real excited about growing, not cause we don't want noobs in the Pub or anything. :wink:

well the reason i wanna use the honey tek is because the jars become colonized much much faster and, i wont waste my spore syringe, seeing is I only have one, and i dont really want to order another.
