I dont really feel thats its offensive, a different way some humans live, kinda gross. But not offensive. At least theyre using everythingg.

I don't find it any more offensive than a picture of tomatoes.
A pig being tortured would be offensive, that's just food.

are human beings not 'natural'? are our minds that created agriculture and thus slaughter-houses not 'natural'?

don't get me wrong - i'm very much vegetarian for a variety of reasons, but i don't see killing animals for food as 'un-natural'. it can be very cruel, can be very selfish (considering the land needed to grow food to feed animals that will then be eaten in turn), can be very disgusting (just frying bacon on a pan makes that pan basically unuseable for me due to the lasting stench), etc. but i'd still call it 'natural', to some extent.

i think if you find images of death "offenive"
you have an insecure veiw of life.
the head could be rotting and feculant. an therefore dangeous. it would be natural to find pestilance offensive as a threat to health.

but a clean pig head? thats a healthy food scource. its meat.

if your just offended by meat, well then youre a whole other yahoo.

i will concede easily however that humane treatment to LIVING animals is our redemption, our honor towards the life we consume. to respect it. mother nature rots the dead, make bodies shit themelves and lay naked an bloated.

hanging a hea on a hook, thats not offensive, thats processing. let it sit on the ground an it goes to waste.

Yeah, because having your throat slit, and then hanging upside down with a chain around your ankle while you bleed to death isn't torture...

...and that's if everything goes just right.

Offensive? No. Mildly disturbing, yes.

In fact...it makes me more uncomfortable to look in a butcher's window than to look at goatse. But I don't find either offensive.

that was a trip in cuba...bouncing down these
little cobblestone streets and looking past
a few guys standing on the sidewalk and
seeing a big pig's head hanging out the window.

they didn't keep the meat refregerated at
the carnicerias there....ack.

I was debating whether to stop eating pig meat because I thought they were really cute animals, but they aren't very cute when dead, so I am going to go back to eating them.
