I always extract the seed with a big ol knife, then just pinch it off in the waste basket.
Of course heaven forbid if it ever hit the floor, it's like trying to fuck a greased pig.

mangoes. i've gotten pretty good at slicing them but once i eat them i get strands stuck in my teeth like no other

ill go with sunflower seed they are a pain. Also pizza because I always over eat when I eat pizza and end up feeling like crap.

I just lay me out a fuck ton of napkins on the counter, spoon out all my seeds, and lay all my skins on the napkins. They're easy to spoon out but I always end up getting the avocado all over my hands trying to pick out little fibrous strands or a bad spot. Then I just wad the whole mess up and throw it in the trash.

Hell it was about 5 years ago I was staring at a mango with extreme perplexity at a grocery store. I wanted to make a smoothy and mango was on the list... I just had no idea where to start. Luckily some kick ass store employee was nice enough to show me how to pick one then proceeded to cut one all up and share with me.  think they just wanted some mango too.

Slippery little fuckers, I hate dealing with those mangos.

How spicy is fresh mustard? I'm a big fan of habaneros, jalapenos and other spicy peppers. I like spicy food and love to stir fry - so if its actually really good I'll try some out.

sometimes i do eat close to the seed just to get as much bang for my buck as possible..but it seems like the entire thing leaves stringy stuff in my teeth. the fiber i guess?

Seeding an avocado takes about 15 seconds.

ever had the chinese mustard, the stuff in restaurants, not the crap in jars.
let the mix rest for about an hour and you'll have that kind of heat, dont add
any sort of acid like vinegar or lemon because that will stop the heat

Mustard/horseradish isn't really spicy like hot peppers its just hot.

Mangos are delicious, but I used to feel the same way about mangos until I watched this Mexican chick clean them up at a mango stand in New York City. Here's what she did:

1. Stick a phillips head screwdriver through the top and into the seed
2. Use a peeler to remove the skin
3. Slice off the seed into strips

And it's :awesome:
