What do you think a good filter is if you dont want to go through ordering the ones made for a terrerium?? Foam cutout from an air filter, a couple coffie filters??

For your terrarium? You don't need one.

Depends on your terrarium design. But if you use an air pump to bring fresh air in, then you probably have at least one co2 exhaust hole near the bottom of your terrarium. If you don't want to order a filter disk, goto the hardware store and look at the electrostatically charged AC filter material. It's rather thick but comes in a large peice that can easily be cut to a size that fits to what you want to cover up - still allowing adequate air flow. It doesn't look like the big rectangle/stiff filters, it's more of a thick white filter material.

Hope this helps.
