casing overlay HELP HAWK!!

Can someone who is an expert caser please look at this casing tek under The Hawks Eye Website.

According to the directions it looks like overlay is what you are trying for!? Everywhere else says that pinning should start and mushrroms should form before the mycelium has completely covered the casing layer. Please help.. Also when it says to mist the layer are you supposed to mist the mycelium? I'm f-ing condused. Help Ryche Hawk

I'm no expert but I don't let mycelium cover the whole casing, not by a long way. I try to get an even sprinkling of white.

No, you don't want overlay. You mist the casing surface.
