Georgia Piedmont (sandy springs), Under a few sweetgum trees in the grass
brown gills, some cone shaped caps, some more outward, many have dark dot on the top becoming more white towards the bottom.
No bruising, but they are very small so im assuming there young.
Im making a spore print now I will post more clear and better pics soon

How does one go about Catching a mushroom?
Do you have a mushroom catcher's mitt?
A mushroom net (as opposed to a butterfly net or a fish net)?
Well, Come on, were all waiting to find out how you catch a mushroom.
hehehehe.

Not weilii but that doesent look too much different from the new weilii strain I spotted around Dallas. Either way, both blue at almost any age and have a distinct taste and smell.
I've actually smelled some inactives that smell surprisingly similar to weilii, they also resemble weilii down to the rigid edges so make sure your weilii turn a blueish green. I've seen weilii turn all green and not blue at all.
A weilii trip resembles ayahuasca tea (dmt) to me, in that it brings on more of a spiritual awakening at lower doses due to higher psilocin(very very very chemically close to dmt) ratio to psilocybin ratio.
Basically weilii are more of a head trip to me and the unique green bruising is a strong sign of a unique ratio of baeocystin/psilocybin/psilocin.
I'll stop rambling now.

It seems my backyard is great habitat for weiliis, i have a creek, along with several sweetgum trees, so ill keep on the look out this fall, it seems a bit to hot for any good production right now.

Yep, I spotted a patch of them about 100 feet from my house but they aren't very abundant there. However, theyre very abundant in another spot 10 minutes away going towards acworth. They're insanely potent, such tiny shrooms but the chemical taste is atleast 3x that of a normal big weilii. 4 shrooms the height of my pinky and the stem width half that of a cig will give a decently visual trip

There most likely pan subbs or pan foes. If the prints were indeed dark black, then they are subbs. Foes are dark brown. Sometimes it can be hard to tell the difference. Let me find a good reference pic for ya to compare your print too. Ah, go here: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/usergallery.php/pid/331419/
I live maybe 45 minutes from you and I must say the pan foes are out in force. Especially after this recent rain.

Sounds exactly like my backyard... I've been searching it for 4 years and its never turned up a single weilii. This is surprising to me because my best patch is all of 3 or 4 miles from my house.
Don't get your hopes up too high for your own yard, but search nearby neighborhoods.

PIKA-CUBE!
Everyone has different luck with weiliis. Some people will never find them while others find them daily during season. All depends on location+experience+sight i guess...

Be in good shape, be sober, be mindful, be fast, and be discreet. Safe is the key and swift is for me, I must move with much awareness. It's my personal opinion that the population of weilii around Atlanta is great, large numbers and myriads with the fall rains. The bounty is out there but only if you are too. Don't get your hope up for spring, I imagine this Bad weather for mushrooms is putting the ultimate damper on any hopes for spring festivities. Don't despair, for just 1! month later the gold tops are prime right where the whales swim it will be sublime

Weilii do take good eyes, thats for sure. They are plentiful in very well kept bermuda but only in certain places. If you're serious about finding weilii think of it as a job. This fall hunt every day and PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE GRASS, NO QUICK SCANS FROM A CAR.
Even when I walk slowly eyes to the grass I always miss alot, (I find them on the way back) they like to grow to the grass height and stop when they see the sun. It's hard to spot them unless you walk directly over them.
Occasionally during big flushes they'll be well above the grass height but the majority don't. VERY well kept bermuda stretches around shopping centers is a GREAT place to start your hunt. The sprinklers usually help out with the water supply.
