Actualy M. tenuiflora = M. hostilis (Schultes & Hofmann,"The botany and chemistry of hallucinogens") The bark, also known as tepescohuite in Mexico contains high levels of DMT and can be perfectly used as a psychotomimmetica (own experience from tepescohuite bought in a market in Mexico). One kilo costs about 100 pesos or 10 USD. 20 g of the bark is enough with 3 g of Peganum harmala seed to have a strong trip (start better with 10 g). So we are talking from 50 strong trips for 10 USD or 10 pennies per trip ;) And the best thing is you can buy it in almost every bigger market in Mexico... I have tried to cultivate it from seed, but only one from many germinated and died later. There is more work to be done on them... Elektrolurch

Elektrolurch

hola amigos! sorry, forgot most of my spanish! interesting you said it's good for cuts and bumps, my girlfriend once told me her dad used to make a medicinal oil from (some possibly mimosas) but mostly anadenanthera spp, it would kill pain (bufotenine?) and ease healing... though mimosas dont have bufotenine... i am wondering actually which plants he used (unfotunately i have got no oil, he doesnt makes it anymore)...
i hate witty sigs / if anything i say has something in common with reality, this is a merely a coincidence.

DMT hehehe... they use powdered bark in cuts wich makes a huge crust that helps healing it, very good indeed... i had 2 blisters cos of my swimfins that couldnt heal... and in 3 days with tepescohuite they got healed, and they lasted that long because i scratched the hell of every crust because i enjoy that pain... it feels orgasmic

visit www.ayahuasca.com --- they have a very nice list of suppliers... yes, M hostilis rootbark can be shipped to the US; prices and quality can vary greatly (and are not always correlated...)
