You need to do research. All those mushrooms you have listed are types of psilocybe cubensis. Its like different kinds of dogs, some are golden retreivers some are boxers, etc. All those listed should theoretically be of the same potency.

I would go with mexi's though. Thai's are pretty potent, more speedy.

I've asked the same type of question when I first joined this board. Not many people responded because the potency can depend on a bunch of different factors.
The substrate used, was everything kept at optimal conditions, did you dry them properly etc..
Some people go as far as saying that potency is almost, if not completely identical amongs cubensis, but in my experience i have found this to be not true.
I have grown out a few different strains that I isolated on agar and grown them under the exact same conditions, and have noticed differences of potency.
I have found the Puerto Rico strain exceptionally potent, along with the columbian, mazatapec, ecuador, and thai Koh Samui which are not as strong as the PR. I found the Acadian Coast to be the least potent of all I grew out.
I grew out 3 batches of each on 3 different substrates, whole brown rice, whole wild rice, and whole japanese sweet wild rice (all cooked). Cased with the 50/50+
Although I found the wild rices produced more potent fruits, the potency levels remained alligned in the same order for all the substrates.
I had a collection of 8 people assist me in "beta-testing" and grading the results, and there was ~90% agreement on the issue.

As far as best trip is concerned, although the troop found the PR to be the most potent of the batches, most (~80%) agreed that the Columbians had the best trip.
(btw, the columbian strain was a clone, the rest were isolated from prints/syringes )

This was by no means a completely or even remotely proper "clinical study" I just did it to get a better feeling for what I was working with. I plan on compiling and performing a much more accurate test in the near future with more people involved. Ill keep you posted.
Sorry if this doesn't really help you all that much, but I just wanted you to know that in my experience, both growing conditions and strain seemed to play a role in potency.
So my advice to you would be grow out at least a batch of each of those strains and find out for yourself, its the best, and by chance, the most entertaining way to get an answer for your question.

Not Stable,
This is about as intelligent as your question about growing pounds and pounds of shrooms. (how is that project comming by the way?).

As the others have said, there are too many variables and only 1 species there. Mexi-Cubs would be my pick if I HAD to pick. They seem quite visual to me. I have not tried the Mats. I really don't think that you are going to notice huge difference in potency. Perhaps you will notice differences in the trip.

The same spore-race of cubensis can give you different trips - your mind as well as substrate are big factors... But, everyone loves PRs
