Salvia sp. from nursery... I.D.?
    #4166289 - 05/12/05 12:37 PM (18 years, 10 months ago)

I've never seen a pic of a live, blooming Salvia d. plant. I recently bought a 9-pack of "Salvias" from the local nursery... I know chances are it IS NOT Salvia d. It isn't very "sage-y" looking and has a spike of red flowers.... Any chance of it being Salvia d.?

I can almost gaurentee it isnt. There are 1000s of different types of Salvias, many are ornamental.
