drink a damn beer Mon' it is natural..it has the herbal relaxer called "hops" it is milder then Valerian root..that is why you feel mellow sometime more on beer then other alcohol...I am drinking zee beers..I want to watch that damn shark tale show again..that shit is funny...but to each his own mon..

Have you ever tried getting effects from straight hops? That'd be an interesting experiment, and would test the theory that hops contribute to beer intoxication.

you can get hops/valerian root combo at a herbal store..I am not sure about hops by itself though...I wish they did..valerian root is too strong sometimes..I fell asleep after doing it after being up for hours on ma huang...which has ephedrine in it..so it must be strong..

my social anxiety has gotten terribly out of control. xanax is the only thing that helps, but i don't get enough pills.

the doctor wants to put me on SSRI's but i don't want to take them.

I have only tried valerian root in capsules, humm..that shit was pretty good..my mom has anxiety..I just have mood swing disorder...whatever that is...I have had it for years..why I must use drugs myself and my parents dont get me..

Hey I had a friend that had to take pills for his chemical imbalance..I just beed something different..a place for legalization of weed and shrooms..well were it is decriminalized..no not amsterdam..Canada..I need the mountains too..
