I strongly suggest that if our webmasters have any concern for possible legal ramifications resulting from this website that they close the forums immediately. Anyone and everyone posting information here about the cultivation of psychoactive mushrooms is walking a very blurry line with party to a conspiracy to manafacture and use/distribute/possess a controlled substance on the other side of it. That is, unless of course, NO Shroomerite has EVER grown mushrooms.

A conspiracy can be established if the prosecution shows:
there was an agreement to commit a criminal act or a legal act by unlawful means
between two or more people
with the intent to achieve the goals of the agreement.

Do you want to be in a court of law arguing against these charges? Are you willing to have a felony charge? If not you should prolly close the forums ASAP.

having a board full of legal information (read: 1st amendment) is not by any means entering into an overt agreement to grow mushrooms or do anything illegal between posters and growers. the dissemination of information is not illegal, nor is it in any way an agreement to do anything.

check the mushroom cultivator out of the library, is the librarian implicated for conspiracy? or the publisher of the book?
