why Heavy-headed after trip?

I've looked around but couldnt find any info on this.
Could be that I have missed it :grin:

I've noticed after a few trips that my head feel alittle tense.

Is this cause of elevated blood-pressure or something?
What can I do about it?

i have had similar head feelings sometimes. i get this headache or i get a tense pain on the back of my head and neck

I find this happens to me sometimes... it usually means I need to sleep. After an intense trip that's what I end up doing most of the time.
