It's good to see all the people that still rely on the incredible musical compositions by the Floyd. Any pink floyd song will do....also try Planet Caravan by black sabbath (also covered by Pantera)
and even some old tripped out beatles like "Lucy in the sky with diamonds"
But nothing can ever come close to eating your weight in mushrooms and listening to Dark side of the moon while watching the night sky.Have fun

Redemption Song -Bob Marley.Aouuuhhh... That is pure heaven my friends. And of course the entire album -an american prayer. (Jimbo Morrison 8) And one that is better than expected is "blue is the colour" by The Beautiful South. Play the last song of that one it is great. ------------------

Come on!!! wow can you all overlook PHISH?!?!?! Phish has some great stuff to trip too. I personally suggest a live cover they do of the 2001 Space Oddesy Theme. It goes 18 min. + and is an amazing just for background music. I would also recomend a track entitled "Phat Funk Jam". Not to mention the Live "Dark Star" by the Dead.

i love to listen to techno music while i'm all tripped out. the weird electronic sounds can really take you someplace else...doc scott lost in drum n' bass from the mixmag series is a great drum n' bass/jungle cd, the psychotrance series by moonshine, the eurotrance express series, omar santana does some great breakbeat styles, and not to mention the one and only DJ FRANKIE BONES! his cd escape from brooklyn is the bomb.

I really reccomend getting a strobe light or some other kind of trippy light and listening to fast kickin' rave beats. If your in a happy mood or want to be, try some Happy Hardcore. Robert Miles-Children (dream version) is a very pretty song. Paul Okenfold is wikked too. You can download this stuff from Napster.

-most of richard d james' work is exquisite and nothing but uber stellar...you move out into space floating on white boy soul music...i mean jesus! look at the cover of the aphex twin's richard d james album! this is what people look like when you are trippin balls on various hallucinogens.look for it online..its TRUE!
-im burned out on pink floyd...ill go to it if there is a debilitating sort of high or ill put on "shine on" if someones just flippin out...i tell them about syd barrett and what happened to him cause of cid...if it doesnt scare em into finding the joy in tripping the music keeps their weak minds occupied
-on garbage 2.0 tracks 6-7: "hammering in my head" and "push it" are symphonies for tripping ears..rotating beats pulsing spinning with so much production you have to be careful not to get lost.
-oh yeah mansun and this guy called spooky reuben are pretty psycelicious as well

I enjoy listening to Aphex Twin's Drunk Cd. Whats extreamly enjoyable about it, is that you can just picture the man extreamly wasted, just punching out the sounds and having a great time while doing it.

I cant stand any heavy guitar driven songs when I am tripping - I usually stick to hiphop - especially the Pharcyde ar Tribe Called Quest shit...Hieroglyphics is good to trip out to to.I also like trance and jungle - Nicky Blackmarket is a kick ass DJ to trip out to - although he does spin that jump up jungle(a lot of people dont like it anymore) it is still awesome Also check out Medeski Martin and Wood - some off the hook jazz type shit

- Sublime
-Enigma
- Halluciogens
- Jump Around
- Definatley NO gangsta rap or hardcore metal unless you wanna meet the devil baby!!
-Pink Floyd (ANYTHING MAN THEY RULE)
- Kenny Rogers " Just dropped in"
-And basically anything with beat and cool sound effects like baby's crying and clowns (kinda freaky though!!)
