Regulation of rh through Perlite

I am having trouble changing the rh in my terrerium from 95%-100% to 85%-95% when i switch from pinning to fruiting stages.

Using the perlite method, could anyone give me any tips? Is it fanning more? or is it changing the amount of perlite in the terrerium?

An airpump is handy for this. You can also leave your terrarium lid partially cracked open.
