Millet teks??

Im looking for some help with millet based substrates - especially whether it is necessary to steep it, etc...Any links would be greatly appreciated...cheers

AFOAF, is using some B/S that has white millet in it, w/ a few other things....OATS GROATS, and CANNARY SEED. I would recommend that you steep for 45-60 min. AFOAF let his B/S sit in water(room temp.), for about 2 days, then he let the B/S steep for awhile...no cont. so far :) After that he drained all the sludge of the B/S(real good), then loaded his jars and P.cooked for 1hr30min.

psilocyber has a millet tek, 250g of white millet to 130ml water. no steeping...
