almost ready for fruting

i have a couple of cakes that are just about ready for fruting and i had a few of qestions:

should i wait till it pins in side of the jars before i place them in the fruting chamber? how can i get them to pin quickly?

also, how do i cold shock the cakes?i should keep them in the jar when shocking, right?

dont invitro grow,and dunk them in there jars for 12 hours with disstilled water put in the fridge.air exchange ,and light and low temp 70 to 75 and they will fruit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
