4 days after inoculation.....and its like, 35% colonized,but its white and cottony.... ok, tell me....i am ready to hear it! IS IT DOOMED??? :|

There are really two main types of mycelial growth: rhizomorphic and tomentose. If your mycelia appear to be cottony or puffy, that indicates the latter. The former looks like shimmering ropes, sorta. The former will give you better fruits, while the latter may have more issues fruiting. Either way, let it continue its work and follow through.

Looks just like the Tasmanians my friend grows, they tend to be cottony, but believe me, they fruit just fine. He just sent some Tas spores to a guy named Sterile. Since yours look just like his, no worry mate...

No problem Sterile, some people live by one name in one town and another name in another town (which has since burnt down...). Glad they got to you ok and you're growing them out. Don't know what it is about that strain but the jars tend to be real cottony. Wait till you case them, you'll see rhizomorphic growth like crazy popping out of the casing, and heavy pin sets with nice sized fruits. A very nice strain.

I got it from a very kind shroomer as a gift!
And i have to admit,that from all the prints i have, ordered+traded from vendors/shroomers/fsr , this one was the most pretty and heavy of all.... i guess intention is everything......... ;)

Psilocyber, its a couple of generations removed from a donation you made to the FSR, grandkids were printed and sent out to a bunch of folks at the Donkey. When my friend got the print from the FSR, it still had your logo on it. Thanks.
