High ? Eat this !

take 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
boil in hot water until cooked through and through.

pick apart chicken with your fingers into little short stips
about 1/2 inch wide 1/2 inch long or smaller. gibblet size i guess.

put chicken bits into a frying pan NO GREASE !
add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (no not those kind)
let the chicken and mushrooms cook in pan NO GREASE !
the mushrooms will wilt a little and become watery

when that happens mix in 1 - 2 cups of mixed vegetables
and mix in 16oz of alfredo sauce

cook for 5 - 10 minutes.

your done !

to serve, put into bowl and mix in ALOT, A WHOLE LOT, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN STAND of parmesean chesse. Grated or in the little green cylinder for spaghetti, either way works fine.

mix up. eat.

damn good.

uh mixed. there are carrots, peas, and green beans - i think thats it.
