Winter rye seed?

i thought i saw a post about winter rye recently, but i cant find it. so i guess ill ask again- is winter rye rye grass seed, or just rye berries...?

im trying to put together an order from gardens alive and was wondering if i should throw this in. (theyre having a 20 off 40 sale now). heres the link to the winter rye they offer... thanks in advance :)

Thats rye grass seed. Its no good for shrooms. I know because I bought a bad and was about to open it when I saw the skull and crossbones tag saying it was treated w/ poison (like a lot of grass seeds).

that rye grass seed never worked for my mix. Needs alot of water and always went bad.
