psilocybe cubensis can, under good conditions fully colonize a 1/2 pint jar in 10 days. I am a novice and i have had them almost done in 14 days (they werent quite there but i crumbled them anyways- i wouldnt suggest that tho) I'm not sure about exact times of other species or strains (mine are acadian coast cubies from louisiana) but i hear b+ and i believe mexicana's are pretty quick also.

In my limited experiences, the class PF straing colonizes FAST with very rhizomorphic growth.

If you want very fast growth, use the honey water tek to get the spores to spawn in liquid, then inject that into a jar. Colonizes very quickly with little chances for contams to get ahold of the substrate.

** I think you will find that out of Cubensis strains - the isolates available of Lipa Yai Thailand, Cambodian and Puerto Ricans tend to be very fast...
Ive never found a B+ isolate that was particularly quick

liek i said i could be wrong, thats just what i heard. meanie, how hard is it to cultivate lipa yai's indoors and where can i get a print? this strain interests me quite a bit and i think i wanna give it a shot. i hear good stuff about the potency of thai strains also.
