A good one to use involves finch seed and BRF and vermiculite. Mix 2 cups of finch seed in a bowl with half cup of BRF and 1 cup of vermiculite. Add enough water  until it can be squeezed with just a few drops of water coming out and put in pint jars and pressure cook for 1 hour. let cool and innoculate. :smile:bluhoney
