GratefulJim was kind enough to let me use his server to host some interesting movies I had downloaded.

I have upped a history channel documentary on the History of LSD, as well as a pretty corny, but important and educational, video about what to do when talking to cops.

Thanks very much for the link.

I couldn't get the LSD movie to work. It plays some scratchy music for like one second, then freezes.. I tried with Windows Media Player, Realplayer and Quicktime...

Anyone else? FirstAvailable, I assume it worked for you, right?

yea same thing happened for me with the lsd movie so i just gave up and closed the window. dodnt try the other1

Umm some things that might help your problem

- Update to the latest version of MediaPlayer
- Download the latest codec
- Try another player (like DivX)

I dunno, it might happen to me as well. Downloadin it right now

I'm just using windows media player 6.4 with the latest divx and xvid codecs. I'm not sure which one it is, it just worked for me.

Try playing it in divx player. It should give you an error code. google that code. That's what I usually do when I cant play something.

same movie, but in REAL codec. If the download doesnt work for you, try streaming off of there. I dont have real installed, so I cant comment on the quality.

I think the BBC documentary "LSD: Beyond the Within" is of a high quality, but that may just be my personal preference.

vlc will play anything
great player for video
its what I use & recommend
instead of winamp/windows media player/quicktime

I found another source for the BBC movie about LSD, LSD: THE BEYOND WITHIN. Simply so to Google video and type the title of the movie in and press search. It works well. The picture quality is good and I never had to wait for it to buffer while I was watching it. Also, there is an amusing (though also infuriating) propaganda movie about LSD called LSD: TRIP OR TRAP? It says on the credits that a police force helped make it. It reminded me of REEFER MADNESS.
