caramelized honey?

Anyone know where I can find a pic of caramelized honey? I think I cooked to long 30 mins 15psi.

Do you see shards and thick glassy globs floating around in there? That's what it looks like.

I cook 1/2 and pint jars of liquid culture for no longer than 15 minutes @ 15 p.s.i, it has proved to be plenty of time to sterilize liquid cultures.
