Legally Dead

First and foremost thank you to all you helpful members out there for keeping freedom alive. This weekend my freedoms were taken away when my privacy was violated and am now facing legal ramifications. Police found and seized aluminum tins, casings <not fruting yet>, Fruiting chambers <rubbermaid>,spores,ball 1/2 pint jars, vermiculite, and spent casings. Luckily only one cake contained abhorts less than 1/2 g dried. Problem is, they confiscated aproximately 10 fully colonised jars and the casings each contained 5 crumbled jars full, of which there were 4 casings <all in all 20 jars cased> so that comes to a total of 30 jars worth of mycellum. My question to any of you whom may be of help is, how deep of shit am I in. Am i dead? This countrys laws are all backwards. I have no previous arrests and still havent been arrested for this but its coming. Anyone who may have some legal advice or any advice of all for that matter will be greatly appreciated. The first thing you should do is call a lawyer. He is the only one that can give you legal advice and the only one that can get your ass out. My only advise is don't say anything to anybody. Cops lie all the time saying so and so said this about you, we know you've been doing this bla bla bla. Most likely one of your friends got busted and fingered you in a plea.

I guess this goes for everybody here- When growing, don't let anybody know about it. Just "conveniently" have shrooms on you when ya'll trip. I know it's hard to brag, hey I grew these, but your ass isn't worth a bag of fungus. If you're selling, only deal with one or two people that you have known for awhile. NO MORE. My friend has been pumping out 40 dozen (yes thats 480 jars) for about 2 years and only delt with a few people. Then he started getting loose lips and now everybody knows he grows. He let success go to his head. He got greedy. He still grows even though everybody knows, I'm waiting for the day he's doing 10-20 in the big house.

do not say anything to anyone who comes up to you about this. many police forces lack the funds to actually test mycelium and many district attorneys lack recources to prosecute a small time grower with no actual shrooms, but that will change if you admit something to the wrong parties. been there, get a lawer before you need one. male sure you have established attorney/client priveledge before you admit to having committed a felony.

how was your privacy violated?
did they come in with a warrant?
are you being charged for state or federal crimes?
how did they "find" these things? was it a result of an ancillary warrant? who let them in if there was no warrant?
are you on probation for anything? was this an administrative search?
have you been charged? have you been arrested?
i cant answer your questions from a legal standpoint, these are just some q's i had.

i dont want to scare you, but in many states the punishment for attempted cultivation is the same as actual cultivation, and its that way in the federal criminal justice system.

then again, the lack of production may not warrant a charge (prosecutors have a lot to deal with, and perhaps because you didnt have a lot of output, they wont waste the time on your case).

KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT & GET A LAWYER!

That is the number one tip I can give you. I actually know a fair amount of cops and they tell me that the suspect usually makes the case for them by talking. A lot of times they bring them in just to see if they will break down and admit to anything. They pressure them to talk and if they do they arrest them that day...if they don't they were going to release them.

I probably said that in a really dumb way but I think you get the point. Don't make their case for them!!!

did they have a warrant this is most important thing if youre in the us second in order for you to be charged with anything the search warrant had to specifically say it was for mushrooms, growing materials, etc. if it was for pot, heroin, coke, syd, etc. you can spit in there face because they will not be able to charge you. they will somply confiscate your materials. which is what they did. if tey were gonna charge you theyd probably take you to jail at that moment at which they found the jars etc. in your house which means youd be gettin your shit packed right now. my best advice to you is find this out first than get a lawyer if the warrant was for mushrooms and growing materials. if it wasnt your scott free but they will be watchin you harder than drunken frat brothers watchin lesbo porn. secondly try to relax and clear your mind. third learn your rights and research all laws like i have. i wish you the best of luck and would be happy to help you in any way. oh yeah either way im sorry to say but your growin days are over unless you move to another state or think of jail as a fun place!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok heres the story, one night me and a significant other consumed some shrooms. A realitively small dose yet enough to remove ourselves from reality....im an experienced shroomer but the other party isnt so experienced....i went off into my level 5 while she mustered with her level 3....well apparently these abhorts/juveniles were stronger than she could handle and whilst i was in la la land talking to myself and to some neato fairy she decides to call 9 Eleven, for fear for her life.....in all actuality she gooked out....i forgive her but its not exactly the situation id like to be in right now.....ne way...im still off in my state of mind and somehow i come to on my couch with about 14-15 police officers surrounding me grilling me for info....all i could do was mutter some urghs and bleh's cuz even tho i was gone i knew i was dead....next thing i know im on a stretcher being tied down....apparently this kid doesnt like being held down against his will.....well 8 BASTARDLY MEAN EMT's hold me down n i go off into my land again....next thing i know im waking up puking this rechid vermiculite substance <ie. activated charcoal> well lemme tell ya if u ever have to go through that while tipping....congratulations, u survived hell. To top it off this was all uneeded considering the shrooms were already absorbed 3 hours before! Anyway i was still out of it big time and this was all having a terrible influence on my state of mind so i slipped off again.....i believe i died....not literally but i experienced somthing magical...i was a soldier from the civil war period, i was wounded and everyone around me was telling me its my time to go....my girlfriend was crying...my mom was crying but it was ok....i was at peace....i just wanted to leave to this peacefully calm place.....well i did and i turned into dirt on a hill with pinetrees but i would continue to take on many forms.....my bio teacher from school days, a frog, an old man, and ironically enough a shroom....i also asked other shrooms why they did this to me and they didnt say much but they gave me water.....and thats all i remember...i woke up at 4:20 in the morning wondering where the hell i was n i was like holy shit....this isnt a dream....im fucked....welp sorry for the long story, im dead, learn from my mistakes, another brick in the wall, bye for now.

i have no clue where my friend got this idea, but when i was growing he kept telling me "you know that the jail time for that is 25-life??" !!!! i dont know where he got this idea, and i highly doubt it is true. i think it is like one of those things you read about how youll go to jail for like 10.1 years if youre caught with acid, that is the sentance, but now a days you can get away with murder!!!! if you werent dealing, and it is hard to find traces of psilocybin in any of the things you had, id plan on telling them lies!!! make sure that you state that the growing of these shrooms was for youre pleasure only!!! you were not distrubuting to anybody else (maybe you can say you gave some to some good friends, to make it sound more believe able, but that might get their asses in trouble) if they find out that you were selling anything then youre cooked!!!!

I had a similer experiance We where all tripping hard on some spiderman blotter when some one fliped and dialed 911 the cops came the paramedicsa came. To make a real long storie short they took all the acid in the house a sheet and a half worth and left and that was the last we ever heard of the cops no charges no arests just took our shit brought us to the hospital the next morning we where relised and that was it .
