Which vendors keep records about the people buying their products? Now, I assume if you buy with a credit card or pay pal they keep your records for legal reasons. Does anyone know which vendors keep records of orders made by regular mail?

We don't keep customer records (and our business is 100% legal, registered with the Chamber of Commerce, we pay taxes and stuff).
It's illegal in The Netherlands to grow mushrooms with the intend to dry them. We don't do that (we throw the mushrooms away after printing).
