Well I have addressed most of this in Spore Vendor Complaint thread. Read up.
I have friends in from out of town right now and I have just wasted a good 4+ hours dealing with McMan's bs.
More tomorrow hopefully.... more wasted time but McMan needs to be addressed now.
I really hate this drama. What an internal energy drain.

I just hope you don't think I was saying you were proxying Ryche, I was just saying that the logging of an IP to catch a puppet is not a sure catch.
I will do as you said and start a thread soon on this, I have taught many on this subject when I use to run a fairly well known cannabis website.

How can you say now, that both have vented and/or expressed their grievences, it should be swept under the rug. Ever have a "Kirby" vaccum cleaner salesperson show you why you don't want dirt under your rug? Because it slowly cuts away at the threads and wears out the fabric prematurely.
Close the thread. The issue is dead.
No doubt Hawk has contributed alot to this place, but so has McMan. If you found "evidence",(I'm trying to be politically correct by using quotes) that appears to be true, wouldn't you be pissed and expect to be allowed to say "there will be hell to pay". Not be told that Hawk is the exception to the rule, right off the bat.
Hawk, it "looks" bad. That, compounded w/ 3D's comment that you should be respected no matter what you do, is what pissed me off. Because if you are slandering other vendors, and it hurts their business, then of course you will be in a better situation financially to contribute to the shroomery. Therefore,if so, the respect given for that should be ended. If 3D(and 3D has answered some important questions for me-to which I am grateful) had told McMan to calm down and wait for it to be taken care of I wouldn't have jumped the gun. Because there should be hell to pay if you are hurting other vendors to increase your gain.(That is what pisses me off more than hyping up a product) But the "no matter what he does" keeps ringing in my ears. Sorry.

Ryche has contributed 10X what macman has. Ryche has been around for years, mcman, weeks, most of which were spamming his can, then dictating, now complaining.
Ryche used to contribute many tips daily until the trolling from people like mcman ad ralfstir got to bad, It hasn't changed. There is a long list of trolls that have been through the shroomery, they all have short lives.

But dimitri the way you posted that topic is what the problem is right now... See wouldn't you think a topic like "Is anything being done about the age thing?" or "age verification, whats going on?!?" would be more sensible and a better way to approach getting your answer?...... To post a topic that shows your obviously upset invites more negetivity and it can upset people who do care about the board....
For example I am trying to get some more info before having a T-shirt design contest, I know some people know this and have been waiting a few weeks for an answer... So what topic would I like to see if anybody asked whats going on:
"We'll never get our T-shirts because Thor is fucking lazy" or "Any update on the T-shirt contest?" ...... 
I think you get my point, often people forget that on a message board you are reading a strangers text, you can't know that a swear isn't meant rudely, nor can you know that persons character to judge what the meaning of their words .... You have to be carefull how you word things, we have people from all over the world here who see each post in their own unique perspective....
As for McMan, well I'm glad to see you've calmed down, I really hope we can just move on and see what legal advice I get in regards to the age issue, disclaimers, spam, etc..... I have lots of questions and hopefully I'll get good straight answers.
Lets just all step back, take a deep breath and try to be at least civil to one another.....

I think one thing everyone needs to realize is that we all(well, most of us) live in a capitalistic culture...It's a sad fact, but competition is king, and that competition often breeds self-greed and ill-will toward others. I'm in the advertising business, so I know all about spamming the product and guerilla tactics to downplay the competition. My point, tho, is: what is the purpose of being the 'king of nothing'.
Everyone of you vendors have strong selling points; the spores should speak for themselves...but customer service and working to help these newbies in any way you can is the real answer to ensuring that your business thrives. Once you become a successful vendor you can't just all of the sudden be the 'man behind the curtain'..being aloof ,bitter, selfish and coy is not going to endear yourselves to anyone(And this is targeted at no vendor in particular).
For example, anyone can blast Ralphster in any way they want, but the fact is he has earned whatever money he makes off of the FSR. He has put in the time, answered questions of all types to help ensure the success of his customers, without any selfish motives involved. My one main gripe with Ryche is that he only seems to address questions that involve the DB kit, or back up testimonials of his product. How can you realistically enjoy this 'sacred' hobby if you are such a mark for yourself? That sounds like a cheap shot, but that is just the empathetic feeling that I get. Ryche, what I'll bet you wouldn't give to just enjoy the fruits of your labor again without having to run the day to day rat race of business...

thank you thor...yes I agree lets just all step back, smoke a big bowl, not a little one, a BIG ONE then relax. vendors would post here more often and offer more advice if they didn't get attacked at every turn. and so they say fuck it, and have every right to do that. now if "WE" (and I'm including myself) would all just give these guys a break and stop being pissy, we would all enjoy this community more. the vendors would feel more relax and would start posting more helpful info. It's ok to have discussions, but when we start posting you suck and piss on all you too, then people's attitudes change for the worse, lighten up folks. And if none of you believe me, then try it for awhile and see that the vendors will start helping us all more. the vendors are not the enemy, yet we treat them that way when they come here, so I'm asking everyone to try it this way for awhile. and you'll be supprised at how the vendors attitudes will change when "ours" does.

You just realize hatter that rolf does more than promote his own business. He actively attempts to undermine others. You never see the regular, established dealers insulting each other. Sure, we have all had our run ins in the past but thats all history. The established dealers respect each other.
mcman and rolf on the other hand, will jsut post smartass remarks and try to start arguments whenever me or ryche announce anything. Keep your eye open and you will see.

ok, to ryche and McMan, first of all I had nothing to do with this thread getting closed down. I'm not sure who done it, but I respect the dicision. after rereading this whole thread from start to finish I have something I want to say. first to McMan, I think that you really believe in what you did. I wish U would have handle this a little different, so first lets drop the 12Blate issue, it's weak ground, ryche say's he's not 12Blate so lets just drop that one right now, the more serious issue at hand is what you claim to be ryche's careless business tactics. but you posted for ryche to address you as a man, how can you ask this when U yourself didn't give him the same respect? I'm not jumping on you McMan are taking sides, I think U went about this whole thing wrong and it cost you big time. however, U seem willing to live with that, so be it.
And ryche: I still not sure that you posted in response to McMan was complete and satisfactory to you, now that this has been brought out into the open and blow way out of porportion, I really hope that you start another thread and give your full explaination. we can close that thread after words if U want. I say lets get this totally out once and for all. McMan, you have had your say. now I would like ryche to give his side to this so this can be laid to waste. once and for all. ryche, don't worry about it being "off topic" here. this is what people will see. just start a new thread and put your completed answer if you will. then after this is done lets just let the community decide what they think. no, I do not want to see 4,000 post on that. after ryche does give his side of all this then McMan let it go. and lets get back to doing what we all come here for in the first place, to talk about shrooms. and McMan, you pointed out some of the so called angry words made by ryche in this thread, how did you expect him to respond to these kinds of accusations? if it was the other way around you'd be pissed to so please don't try and make ryche look bad with highlighting his angry remarks, ryche has every right to be furious over this. this is vary serious.
