Weird out of body like state

maybe lucid dreaming? you tell me.

it's only happened to me on two occasions, but one just recently.

First experience:

I am in bed. I wake up, and proceed to walk towards the hallway door. As I start to pass the hallway door I feel an intense tingly/vibrating (and i mean more intense than anything drugs have created) sensation over my whole body. I slowly melted away into nothing then woke up. Now woken up I can still feel the heavy tingling/vibrating feeling. The "dream" before seemed in-differable from reality.

Second experience:

Just recently I am in a four-walled white room with the same intense tingly/vibrations all over my body. Instead of steps I take leaps and gravity seems almost non-existant. For some reason I am picking up piles of change all over the ground. Then after only a little while I melt away, and wake up in reality with the same intense buzzing/vibrating tingly feeling. Only this time in the transition from asleep to awake I feel a pull from the dreamworld and I fall in and out of the dreamworld and reality. It is just like the pulling feeling from Salvia where you want to get away from it but can't. it has a sort of negative energy.

These dreams are absolutely distinguishable from all others I've ever had.

in deja vu the content of the dream or vision conspires with the circumstance to make you emerge rapidly from a very resonant frame of mind (multiply associative) to a clear state of wakefulness.

sometimes the same content/circumstance thing happens with dreams.

for me it is usually a flying dream.
this morning it was the astonishing brilliance of glassine beach sand being brushed over pink and green tiles.

if you have had salvia in your recent past, moving in and out of resonant states of mind at different speeds is normal.

on the first night it happened I practiced heart chakra meditation for a period of about 40 minutes.

Any idea or clue as to why something like this would have occurred?

Could've been out of the blue...but most likely it was due to the chakra meditation, you probally released a good amount of kundalini.
