Would this be a good idea?(sterilization question)

My terrarium is too big to sterilize by any conventional means. Would giving it a good spray with lysol disinfectant and washing it out after a few days be a good substitute?

you dont need to "sterilize" the terrarium unless youve had a big bout with contams. spraying down with lysol or wiping with a bleach solution is fine :)
