I honestly just wanted to see if anyone would tell me it sucked. Nobody really came out and said though, they just skirted around it a bit, although funkymonk did tell me it wasn't art, so that was close.

Conclusion of this experiment: People need to give honest critiques on art or else any two bit hack with photoshop and a fractal filter will think they are frickin' Picasso.

Why bother giving crits on this forum? Most of the time I give real crits to people who arent "real artists" they tweak out and tell me I'm wrong, or thats how they wanted it to look, or they find some other way of saying they're right and I'm not. I feel like a dick seperating people into "artist" and "non artist" groups, and you may not like my wording, but I think it gets my point across. Some people are serious about their art and have the ability not to take offense if someone says they dont like it.... and some people dont. The last thing I want is a 1 shroom rating from some dipwad who cant take real crits.

It's just not worth it.

If you ever want serious crits on a piece of art, though, I'll gladly give them.
