There is so much to be thankful for, that there just isn't time to be depressed! If you are feeling down, give yourself a break. Go on a vacation or relax. Rejuvinate your body, and drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit- you know, the stuff that's actually good for your body :wink:

I feel like shit... but that's because I'm sick :shrug:

I haven't been too happy latley but I'm definitely not depressed. I hope you're feeling better soon, if things are looking down then that usually means they're going to go back up.

Eh, I hate the sun. It drives me nuts. Spring isn't bad though, but that means it's almost summer and that is bad. Plus, winter is over and now I won't see any snow for many months :frown:

I would love to but I couldnt move that far away from my family. Plus i don't think I could move somewhere where I do not know anyone.

It's not that bad. I just don't go outside in the summer unless I have to.

I'm flattered that you think I'm Dutch - but my lineage is actually French on one side, Irish on the other, oh and my wife is Maltese.

I'm based in London and I copy chase (basically nag lazy companies to send the bloody artwork) adverts for a publication (that keeps it vague, trying to be anonymous here) - have done tonnes of jobs, including teaching English & Media studies, working in creative marketing (an oxymoron, never, never again will I work for the devil), on building sites as an electrician's mate, with the riding for the disabled association and many more.

I'm slumming it at the moment as the money's good and life is the pursuit of leisure - that said I've an eye on a new career at the moment.

i feel ya fliquid, i get that too, and i realized that what works best, for me at least, is just to tell myself that its just a phase i'm in and that soon enough i'll be feeling good again. Just ride the depression like you would ride a shroom trip, while keeping hope for things to get better.
