I have only met one other person in a field when i was there.It was this hippy looking older dude walking around with a shovel and a backpack.When my friend started talking to him he said,upon first speaking to him, he was "looking for arrowheads",lol.
After we talked to him for a few minutes he new we were out there doing the same thing and at that point we compared finds and later continued on our seperate ways...

I don't think we have actually been on any forays together, however I am contemplating moving to Seattle for cyan season this fall  :grin:

As living on a 100acres pasture with cows and all the great stuff... a few times during the day.... I have found not shroomers... but freakin dealers out and about... "lookin for worms to use to fish on our pond that many come to fish at".... if they were shroomers it'd be cool... but they were just dealers..

I mean... I knew they were dealers. They said they were goin to go fishing. They were however all wearing black long shorts, black tanktops, and black bandanas. Oh, and the real killer... they had no fishing poles with them. They just said they were gonna fish. Hope that clears up what I meant. :smile:

I ran into many hunters last year. The funniest occasion was when MJ and I were out searching for Stuntzii. This kid had a bag full of Coprinus that he thought were Stuntzii! MJ quickly humbled him.

I also ran into @cro, while out in the bush. That was a nice surprise.

Anyhow, I'm still around, just haven't been on the board lately. Waiting for season to start back up.

Never met any Shroomers or Shroomerites,but I did once meet the owner of a field while I was hunting once.He came out of nowhere and was like "What do you think you're doing"?I had a bag full of shrooms so there was no hiding it,I said ummmmm.....picking shrooms.He turned out to be pretty cool about it and even showed me where a lot more were growing and said that as long as I can promise him I wont meddle with or steal any of his stuff that I could hunt there whenever I want as long as I ask first.I wish more land owners were like that instead of shooting at us or calling the law.

i've met a shroomerite who has the same regular spot as me
a different shroomer on that same field
and just found out the guy i bought 21 tabs of acid off about 5 minutes ago is a shroomerite :smile:
