Harvesting Cakes

When harvesting cakes, do you need to pick all the shrooms at once, or 1 by 1 over a few days as they mature?
I have a couple that looks like they are about to break the veil, and other that looks 3 days away.

I'd hand out cigars to celebrate my new babies, but . . . :)
For a while I thought I was on a never-ending rehearsal of kermit's song.
Maybe next time I'm in Mexico, i'll pick up some good cubans to celebrate.
