I used to live in OTD
    #3944168 -

Back in the day, OTD used to be my home. I was one of the top post-whores, and I joined the OTD masses in ridiculing the hippies in the Pub, or any unsuspecting n00b that came along. But that ridicule was also frequently directed against me. Now, in my time here, I've done plenty of embarassing things worthy of ridicule, and I don't blame people for making wise-cracks about me. Most of the time I just laugh it up. And I did just that for most of my time here. But by this point, it's gotten to the point where I can't make a single post in there without someone ridiculing me, even if it's completely irrelevant to what I say. And it's not just the fact that they're insulting me--it's that the insults are so lame and pointless. I could care less what the people in there think of me, but it's just downright annoying, and makes it pointless to post there. So I guess I'll be staying in this forum a lot more.

Maybe if you didn't ridicule others they would not have thought it was OK to do it to you?

Don't dish it out if you cannot take it, I guess?

Or, keep on taking it and laugh? Whichever makes you happy I guess...

maybe its because you did the most controversial thing ever.

maybe its because you happily went along with it for a long time, then you (seemingly) turned into a little pansy.

you should remember that no one cares what OTD as a whole thinks.

Then its usually all laughs and good times from there.

I think you're nice, and your imitations were chill, so no problems here. It's good to see a familiar face.

As I said, it's not the fact that they insult me. It's that they don't do anything but insult me. I don't care what they think of me, but it just makes it not worth coming in there if no one is ever going to give a relevant reply to my posts. The insults usually don't even have anything to do with what I post. I swear it wasn't always like that. It used to be that the insults were funny and relevant, in which case I didn't care. Now they've just gotten lame, and have drowned out any quality that once existed in OTD.

I've think I've got it figured out.

It's because you totally pussed out.

You showed that stupid shit upset you.

You left, then came back and acted all cocky.

I think you have some emotional and maturity problems too.

It's all a joke.

im not saying that its right that they insult you all the time, im saying that you have to remember that what you did is worty of the ridicule. It was the most disturbing thing seen in OTD by one of our members. I still get ridiculed for my ass once a month, and your stunt was about 300times that, so it makes sense that you get it every day.

I still love you.

Stay in the pub, theyre nice here.

It doesn't upset me except insofar as it makes it pointless to post in there. When I make a post where I'm setting myself up for it, I don't mind, but when I say something and people just bring up something from the past that has nothing whatsoever to do with what I said, it's just not worth it anymore. And where the fuck do you get this idea that I've been acting cocky?

I've acknowledged from the beginning that what I've done is worthy of ridicule, and I laugh at it myself. It's just the lameness and irrelevance of the jokes, combined with a lack of anything else that make me think it's not worth it.
