Very sick

I have been sick for about two weeks now, and it has only been getting worse. I'v been taking plenty of "tussin" and medication, but nothing seems to be working that well. Do you think its time to see a doctor? Or should I wait a while longer. Also do you have any tips that might help cure this damned "sickness". Thanks for the help. Hope you dont get it.

Be extremely picky and moderate in what you eat and drink.

Clean your system/body out.

Excercise.

Get fresh air.

See a doctor. Perhaps its bacterial rather than viral.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I did go out for a run today, I got very tired very fast but it was releaving. I also did see a doctor and he said it was Broncitus "I know im not spelling that right" long story short I got some medication so I'm on my way to recovery. Thanks everyone

Too much excercise isn't that great an idea when you're really sick, it actually weakens the immune system a bit... which is why REST is so important.

Yea, I hear that. I was short of breath and coughing like crazy after the run. I have been sleeping a long time, and Im going to continue to sleep and get my rest. I'm at least going to try to get out and at least walk to dogs once a day.
