Just cover the top of the pot with saran wrap.

Simple, effective and costs near to nothing.

Works like a charm everytime

1)so i should cover it without using perlite?
2)doesnt the sprouting phase need fresh air?if yes then isnt the covering of the pot bad?

thanks!

BorgFace' suggestion is fine.
if you re that worried about gas exchange maybe leave them partially covered or take the wrap of form time to time. doesn't saran breath anyway?

no need for the perlite.
