u definately need to simmer popcorn, thats how it gets its water content

You can also PC, Drain, Put in jars, PC.

anyone ever notice how wbs likes to stick together when you dont soak/simmer?

If you ask me, I always soak and simmer WBS. And after PC-ing WBS but also Rye tends to stick 2gether.
Thats why always shake after PC, also to mix the dryer kernels with the rest.
