Kits, yields, Canada

Hello,
I have growing experience using the MMGG method w/ canning jars, etc. I'm currently living in a very small area w/ limited supplies (including pots, etc) at my disposal. I'm intersted in using a kit (esp. the Dung Lover's kit from Hawkeye) but am located in Canada right now and they will not ship here. Can anyone suggest alternatives? I'm looking for something that will give high yields w/o the need for many supplies. Again, my situation demands something like Hawkeye's kit as I am unable to procure a lot of the things I would need here at University.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps someone has surplus w/ in Canada and would be interested in selling me one of their kits?

Have you tried casing the cakes. The last 1.5 pint casing I did with 50/50 casing yielded 1/2 once in one flush. If you had a few of these, you could have a nice pile of shrooms.I imagine you cannot get horse or cow dung. If you could, these work great. You know what also works well that you could probably get over there is worm castings. You could easily make your own container out of a rubbermaid container and use your cakes to innoculate say 10lbs of worm castings and get excellent results. Hawks Db compost works amazingly well.The shipping here in the states is 25-30 dollars.So, I can't even imagine what it would be like for canada.
