Perlite Humidity Too High

i have about 1 1/2 inches of wet perlite which i have drained the water out of, and the humidity is 98% usually. does anyone have this prob? how can i get the humidity lower? i cant be fanning it all day...

maybe try cutting a hole in your terrirum and putting a coffee filter over the hole.

try adding more perlite, verm or limestone

You can also take out some perlite. Use a thinner layer.Are you using cakes or casings?

cakes, and i put a hole in the side covered with a micron magick filter. Werking fine :-)
